[NEED HELP]my 2gb Radeon HD7670m only detected 732 mb

Hello, everyone. I recently bought a Toshiba Satellite M840 laptop. It comes with a built-in AMD Radeon 7670M 2GB graphics card.i've already install win 7 x64 and all drivers including AMD driver,then when i try to open dxdiag.exe on display tab, the vram is only detected 732 mb.i try to run autocad 2009 and play witcher 2 both of it detect my vga only 732mb.whats wrong with my vga? hopefully u guys can help me out.

PS: i'm trying install win 7 32 bit os and when i run dxdiag on display tab it detect 3176mb (approx. total memory).but i've already upgrade my RAM to 6gb,such a waste if i'm using 32 bit os.
and this specs of my laptop
Processor :Intel Core i7 2635QM
Clockspeed :2,0 Ghz
Display VGA :ATI Radeon HD 7670 2GB
6GB of RAM
hopefully somebody here can help me solve my problem
