Slow Window 7 boot up

I have just reformated my laptop, and i notice that the boot up is taking minutes.
Sony vaio
core i5-2430M
8GB RAM
window 7 home premium (64-bit)

Hit the 'Print Screen' key when the report is up on your screen
Click Start, Run
Type PBRUSH and hit Enter
Press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot
Press Alt+F and select to Save as JPEG
Give it a filename and press Save button
Upload the photo in your reply (little picture icon)

Wow .. it shows 5 minutes as required :-o
Maybe your system is loading a load of crap at startup

Try following this guide to launch MSCONFIG and post another screenshot of that

I just reformat the computer so there is not much start up. only have the drives start up. i dunno which to disable it.

Try booting into Safemode with Networking and see if it is still so slow

If no then there is something your user account is doing at startup
If yes then there may be some sort of hardware/driver conflict

Just see how long it takes in Safe Mode to get to the desktop
If the time is hugely quicker then your user account is loading something at startup/logon that is making it so slow

Ok. Try creating a new user and logging in with that and compare the log in time

- To open User Accounts, click the Start button Picture of the Start button, click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
- Click Manage another account. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
- Click Create a new account.
- Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.

Anyway I tried. It doesn't help. The boot up still slow.

So you mean that the bit that takes ages is before you even get to enter your username and password?
In that case you will need to follow the first link I sent to determine what is taking so much time at boot

This may be unrelated but did you reinstall all of the motherboard drivers after you reinstalled Windows? If this was a system restore it probably installed the bloatware that originally came installed. Have you checked startup or services to see what is running in the background? You can use msconfig to disable unnecessary programs/services from starting on startup.
