My system specs :
PSU - XFX PRO 650 watt XXX edition
M/B - Intel DH555TC Micro ATX board (having PCI e 2.0x16 port)
Processor - 1st gen Intel core i3, 2.93 GHz
RAM - 4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
HDD - 500 GB Sata
Monitor max resolution - 1600X900

M/B (with PCI e 3.0), Processor & Monitor (with higher resolution than 1600X900) will be upgraded few month after getting the Graphics card.

Please suggest me the best one among these considering my new 650 watt PSU because my previous card was damaged may be because of using a low quality PSU(that generally comes along with the cabinet), so that I can play all modern games like Crysis 3, Bioshok Infinite & upcoming games in max settings.

Now these are the cards that I have shortlisted considering my budget,

1. XFX Radeon HD 7770 DD 1 GB DDR5
2. ASUS GRAPHICS CARD GTX 650 TI 1GB DDR5
3. ASUS GRAPHICS CARD HD 7790 1GB DDR5 DUAL Fan DCU II
4. XFX Radeon HD 7790 1GB DDR5
5. ASUS GRAPHICS CARD GTX 650 TI 2GB DDR5 BOOST OC (specially this one I need to know whether my PSU will be enough for this or it will be creating extra load)

Previously I have used XFX Radeon HD 5670 1 GB which is now damaged & I have don't have any experience about ASUS. So which one will be better please suggest me ASAP.

Your PSU can support even a GTX770 so don't worry about that. Among the cards you listed ASUS GTX 650 TI 2GB DDR5 BOOST OC is fastest and you can go with it without any worry.....

Your PSU is very powerful, it could even run a 600$ single card like a GTX-780. The ones you're looking at are a lot cheaper than this and they probably won't draw more than 150-Watt each.

On your list the most powerful is the 650-Ti-"Boost" edition (big difference between standard 650-Ti and "Boost" versions).

Thanx a lot for the suggestion but I have one more confusion,

Can this happen that my PCI e 2.0x16 slot is not able to deliver sufficient power to the card & there was no extra power connector in my previous XFX HD 5670 card. That is why my system use to freeze(blue or black screen) several times while playing games at max settings and at last the card was damaged(no display).

If this is the reason then if I buy the 650TI Boost or any other card then in same way this one will also get the same System freeze(blue screen) prob and finally the card will get damaged.

No, the slot delivers enough power to the card. All PCI-E 2.0 slot are the same and deliver the same amount of power. The 5670 doesn't require any additional connection from the PSU. There are so many different reasons to get freezes and BSOD, it's probably something else. It could be caused by bad software, like bad drivers for instance, it's not necessarily hardware.

Your XFX PSU is more than powerful enough to power any of those cards on your list. It can even power up cards a lot more powerful and expensive like a GTX-780 or a Radeon 7970.
