Hello! I have a problem relating Realtek audio.What happens is : when speakers main volume Balance is set to 0 sound is distorted and i cant hear voice and footsteps and other kinds of sound ingames and youtube or other applications.When i set it to -10 or 10 it works perfectly fine but stereo is messed up so i hear it on the right or left only.It has been on 0 since i bought my pc and i didnt have any problems until now,PLEASE HELP !!

Make sure your speaker setup is set to the right configuration for what you have. 2.0, 2.1, 4.1, etc... Sounds like you have it setup with something that has a center channel speaker.

Everything is setup right and i havent changed anything ,but it worked before

Yes,same with headphones and already reinstalled the drivers :/
I think the only option is to reinstall windows
