When I browse You Tube on my PC, after about a minute or two after I open a video, my browser stops working. I have a direct ethernet connection to the modem/router and everything is telling me there is no fault. I cannot access windows live for emails either. I contacted my ISP who said the fault must be at my end. They sent me a new modem/router but it hasn't changed anything. The lights never go off on the modem/router during or after the event. From doing other checks I have found that if I uninstall the modem/router, then restart the computer, it reloads and enables me to resume browsing and accessing emails. It seems to me that it is only You Tube that causes the fault as I can browse for any length of time elsewhere. Can anyone explain what might be causing the problem, please.
