hard disc recovery

i drop down the hard disc but was power now i connect on the pc and cannot recognize .there is any chance to recover the files?

There are many software programs claiming to be able to recover data from failed HDDs as long as they are still spinning. Do a google search such as "HDD data recovery" or similar. There are also professional data recovery companies that are VERY expensive (in my experience) so I recommend you place a dollar value on your data before contacting them.
