Hello,
I am trying to OC my sapphire vapor x 7950 graphics card.
So far I have it stable at 1150/1490 however I experience a full crash when I push either the core or the memory any further. Is this is good overclock and is there any other ways to boost my clocks (apart from increasing the voltage) My voltage is at stock as i dont want to damage my graphics card by increasing it.

Thanks

That's a pretty damn impressive overclock for stock voltage settings I must say, my 7950s never went further than that, even with overvolting, you got a good chip!

I'd say 1150/1490 is kinda the most you're going to get, anything over that is sure to decrease the life-span. If you want a bit more stability at the cost of your temps, I'd overvolt just a teeeeeny little bit, just to make sure!

Okay, I experienced a crash at 1150 on the core after about 2 hours so i brought it down to 1100 on the core and so far so good. I'd rather not increase voltages as I have the vapor x cooling on my card and the hottest it has got to is about 60 degrees.

Thanks again
