Just to help you figure out these kind of questions on your own, you look up the max power draw of a 760 by typing in google "760 power draw toms hardware" which pulls 300W in SLI with a gaming load, and has a max of 320.

Source: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-review-gk104,3542-22.html that should be the first result on the google search recommended.

With 560 watts left, you could then estimate the haswell pulls about 150-175 watts OC'd leaving you with plenty of room for PSU degradation and other components.
  3. That is a very high quality Power Supply Unit and can handle the power without a hitch. Go for it, my man.
  4. OK i will go for it, thank you guys for your help and quick answers !
