By the looks, you must have some sort of Dell. If that is the case, I would need to know what kind of power supply you are running. Can you open the case and check for me?

Alienware is technically made by Dell. Do you have a budget?
ummm i would like to stay out of the 1000s but i guess the highest i would go is maybe no higher than 1000$ would like to stay in low 100s but anything lower than 1000s would do because if its alot i know sometimes it can get pretty pricey so yeah u come up with any ideas?

If you want, you can replace the i3 you have with the i5, especially for Shogun, and games with lots of graphics.
I usually recommend instead of doing like a massive upgrade to do one part at a time, so you dont buy things you dont need. A Sandy Bridge i5 would be a good choice.
The GT545 isnt the fastest, but it isnt the slowest thing out there either. I'd consider buying it off of you if you are looking to sell it since I need one for a spare computer.

I got ya. Ya I made that and it broke my bank lol but I was sick of buying laptops all the time. Maybe add a better gpu if your power supply and motherboard will accept it. Here are some suggestions to boost your graphics ability.
Radeon 7770, 7850, 7870
Nvidia 650, 650 ti, 660
thanks man for all your help

No problem, this fourm helped me with my first build. A sandy i5 (like Deemo13 said) with one of those gpus and you'd be all set for a while. andtech.com has gpu and cpu benchmarks to help you decide on parts too.
