New PC and my Fan is loud when nothing is happening.

Hi I got my new Gaming Pc a week ago and the fan has only just started to become loud, when I loud up a game it becomes loud, now I expect this as its running a game but it seems too loud, louder than it was before and its only just started. Could it be dust? But I have only recently got my pc? When I load up Minecraft my cpu usage rockets and its seem a bit over the top, any suggestions, help? Thanks

What fan brand is it, out of curiosity?

I doubt it is dust since you've only had it for a week. It sounds more like the bearing in the fan is going bad, but that is only an educated guess.

Hi fromwhat I can detect it is the standard corsair fan at the back of the case, also there is like a high bitch buzzing or scratch sound, I assume that's from the cd drive? Thanks
