Screen not broken/crack still no display

My Asus XH44 has no video displaying but it is not cracked or broken and it still displays video through my VGA & HDMI ports. What up with that??

The ribbon cable running from the motherboard to the screen is probably either damaged or came unplugged. Usually they come unplugged from the motherboard side, so if you feel comfortable taking apart your laptop you may be able to fix it yourself. Usually the cables connect under the keyboard, near the top of the motherboard. Sometimes they may be underneath, but the location varies. Otherwise, just take it to a repair shop and they should be able to reconnect it.
