If you are already getting the 4670, just get the 4670k for your own good.

If you are spending 130 on a H87 board, just get a z87 board, Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI, doesn't matter really.

The Siberia's have leather earcups btw, and I despise leather earcups. I prefer a softer material such as suede or polyester.

Also, CM does not have the best cable management available. Check Fractal Design cases and Corsair cases, I know the 650D is great but that's 70$+ more. I would just double check cases first, that's all.

I agree with his suggestions for the CPU/MOBO. There is enough space still left in your budget to upgrade those easily. As for the cases, CM does have really good cable management. I have a HAF XM and the inside of it is nearly cable-less other than the power cables to my GPU. I would suggest looking at the HAF series as those are really CM's best line of cases.
