Solution
Well, i'm worried about can this PSU hold 640 all time. PSU isn't very good, it doesn't deliver all energy. 640 needs at least 300W, so i'm afraid to say to buy it :/

Hey. With this PSU and budget you can't get anyhting good. Best I can offer is 640 1GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127686), which will give some perfomance (FFO should be ok)
By the way link is broken, can you write your PSU manufacturer?
