Hi, I am thinking about selling my pc to my friend and getting a new upgraded pc. Do you think it will run next gen games at 1080p 60fps?

amd bulldozer fx6100 @ 3.3ghz, 8gb 1330mhz ram, amd radeon 6870.

Also what would you value it at based on these components? everything else is standard with a £30 case. It's about a year and a half old. should i just get a next gen console?

Thanks.
ps. i dont want to sell it to him if it wont.

No it won't. Not accounting for console optimization, the Xbox One's GPU is about equivalent to a mid range PC, perhaps a Radeon HD 7850. The PS4's maybe equivalent to an HD 7870. Both are already more powerful than your GPU and considering the optimization factor, next gen pretty much puts that build...

Hi. You can run next gen games at 1080p 60FPS but settings won't be max. Settings will be from low to high, depends on game.
If this PC is 1,5 years old I would pay about 350$.
For console vs pc - Console is more expensive in my opinion. For nice new PC you will pay 800$ to play on ultra, plus few games and here you have about 1000$. In console section - 400$ for console, than let's say PS4 online costs 50$ more every year, few games for 60$ and at the end you will get that after 4-5 years PC is cheaper and much more functional than console.

Sorry to say but it seems your friend may want to go for a console instead.
