GA-B75M-D3H is a Intel B75 motherboard. It is a good motherboard but it isnt good for overclock. So you should take a Intel Core i5-3350P and save some money. It is $180 at newegg.

Also You can keep the 3570k and buy, for instance, a ASRock Z75 Pro3 Motherboard. Its $85 and its worth.
