Optical Drives

I like to install a Graphics Card:

Model -SAPPHIRE HD5450HM
PCI-E HDMI / DVI-D / VGA W/ 2GB DDR3 VRAM (ROHS) LITE

or

Model - Asus EAH 6450
Chipset -

Now i'm confused that dose my motherboard find support with above mentioned Graphics Cards?

your motherboard supports both. And the hd5450 is exactly the same as hd6450 no difference whatsoever between the 2 cards. However, I wouldn't recommend either of them if you have gaming in mind. Even an older gt220, 9500gt, hd5570, hd6570 would be much better options. The hd6450/5450 is likely to choke if you try gaming on them. Mine died twice so I speak from experience.

if you can afford anything other than hd5450/6450, I recommend you go for it. Even if you're not going to play any games, its always better and safer to avoid the cheapest possible options. They are made of cheapest possible materials as well most of the time.
