So I have a new ASUS Z87-Pro motherboard and i want to use speedfan to run my fans. When i install speedfan, it only registers my GPU fan and therefore i cannot control any of my case fans, or my cpu fan. i looked at the list of compatible mobo's on the speedfan website and there are no Z-series mobos listed. Will this get changed? any idea for a solution while they update their drivers etc?

Not a "solution."
SpeedFan has some obvious benefits over Asus FanXpert 2:
- Can monitor and control GPU fans (FX2 only handles CPU fan and case fans)
- Can link fans to specific temp sensors (FX2 links all fans to the CPU temp sensor)
- More "control" points in each fan's curve (FX2 only provides 4 control points per fan)
I don't understand why SpeedFan doesn't support more current motherboards.
