HP Printer Removal

I'm trying to do a complete removal of an HP printer from the USB ports device list of my HP computer and the printer keeps showing up as being present in multiple locations. The printer is no longer connected to the computer. Also present on the same list is some kind of Mass Storage Device?

Make sure that there are no print jobs in the queue for that printer. You cannot remove a printer while print jobs are waiting.

No print jobs in the queue and I used HP's software to uninstall the software for this device.

You haven't made clear exactly where these entries are showing up. Post screenshots.

The printer is showing up under: Printers and Faxes> File menu>Server Properties>USB Ports. I've tried to delete it thru this sequence and the next time I turn the computer on it reappears in the same USB locations. It is the same for the Mass Storage device.

Those are just ports, not printers, or mass storage devices. Ignore them, they won't cause problems.
