Hello, I'm a big PC gamer and would like to increase my FPS with gaming and want to be able to MAX out the graphical settings on PC games such as Bioshock, Skyrim, Spliner Cell Blacklist, ect (or at least have MUCH higher graphical settings than i have now) along with a great Frame rate!
Which brand GPU do you suggest is best for gaming? AMD or Nivdia?
My budget is about $250 (after selling off current Graphics Card)
Also as a separate budget i have about $100 for a new Power Supply! Any suggestions for one to go along with the New Graphics card?
I was looking at THIS graphics card, Let me know if this will get me the results I'm looking for, or if you have a better Graphics card to show me!

Motherboard: MSI 870A-G54 (FX) AM3+, AMD 870, Cross Fire
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 980 3.7GHz (Quad Core)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5770
RAM: 8GB (4x2) DDR3 1600 Dual Channel
600W Power Supply
