Good choice of monitor?

To be honest, I have never heard of this brand. The thing that would concern me is that it isn't an IPS monitor (not that it matters much to the average user).
My recommended monitors (ones that I am looking at buying myself) are as follows:
Asus VS239H-P, IPS: Yes, Response Time: 5ms

From my two choices, if you plan on just gaming, then the monitor with out IPS should suite you better because of the 2ms response time. However, if you're like me, and you want a monitor that doesn't grey out depending on the angle you are viewing at, then the monitor with IPS will be great! You can also get a cheaper monitor that is a 20" or 21.5" that is cheaper than the two I have linked to, you really won't know the difference in lengths.
