VGA vs DVI at the same resolution?

Hi, I just got a new Dell 23" monitor with a max resolution of 1920 x 1080. Right now it's plugged in using a VGA cable. The VGA cable can reach the max resolution and I was curious as to whether or not the DVI cable would look any better at the same resolution.
Thanks for the help!

I previously had my monitor hooked up with VGA while waiting for my DVI-D cable to come in the mail, with interference that...

Hmm interesting. However, can you confirm with the VGA that your refresh rate is at 60 Hz?

Why wouldn't it be?

Potentially lower bandwidth wouldn't sustain 60 Hz. Even if it does sustain 60 Hz at 1920x1080, at that resolution the quality becomes notably worse and signal interference is more likely in VGA.

Hey for me and my monitors the vga cable makes the monitor a very tiny bit blurry, but not too much to really complain about
