I have an i5 3570k and a Z77 Mpower motherboard, but I can't seem to change the CPU multiplier in the BIOS, it is grayed out. does anyone know why? Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

Since it's an MSI board, you can use LiveUpdate to detect and download the BIOS update, or you can go to the MSI website and find your motherboard, then download the file from there....Once you have the file, you should be able to put it on a USB drive, then use that from the BIOS to complete the update.

If there's an "advanced frequency settings" option, or something similarly named, go into it and select the option to unlock your multiplier.
