Whenever I plug in my XFX Radeon 6750 my monitor acts like its in 'sleep mode' due it not being detected my DVI cable but my fan spins up on the card. whenever I plug the DVI cable into my onboard Radeon 4200 it boots up, but it gives me a message when I goto CCC saying "No AMD Graphics drive is installed, or the AMD Driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." So I tried to install the drivers and I get a bluescreen of 'atihwd76.sys' In my BIOS its on PCI-E for primary if I swap it to onboard it'll go to a bluescreen with the same error. even when my video card is disconnected. So pretty much not getting detected at all.

The following images are of my computer showing the graphics card is connected and everything is correct, by the way the image is a few days before because i had a similar problem of FPS drop before this happened and a friend asked for pictures so that dust in there is all gone now and is completely clean. but everything there should be correct.

Yea the dust was getting bad so all that dust in those images are now cleaned and there's hardly little to no dust nowhow you clean that dust !! tell me
I disconnected the video card and took off CPU fan and dusted it out with an air compressor and cleaned each fan separately (Be sure to hold the center of the fan in place so the fan wont spin and break off or thread it with the air compressor, it'll damage or break it) and I took it my PSU also. Then just pretty much cleaned any access dust. If you dont have a air compressor available you can also use Cans of compressed air sold at the store. there not too pricy form what I recall at the store. But I REALLY recommend to NOT use a vacuum at ALL. They create static electricity which well damage your computer parts such as, CPU, Motherboard, GPU, PSU, etc. So best just to use air from a can or a compressor. You can also blow into it though..but its inefficient

I tested my CPU in my brothers computer, It was fine, Tested my RAM, Hard drive, and my GPU. and of course the GPU didn't work but everything else was fine. I even ran a 'torture test' on the CPU and RAM (Running them at a 100%) and ran it for a hour and a half and my computer never crashed so its not a cpu heating issue or cpu issue at all.
