I am buying from Canada Computers only and I am not including mail-in rebates. Also can you check this website: http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?cPath=43_1200
And tell me what you think the best card is for up to 180$, but not performance wise i am talking about sheer value. Preferably over 120$ to 180$, not higher, but if there is a lower card that is best bang for buck it's best. Please do this for me thanks?!

So yeah, that is the best you can get for that price. Going higher won't give you significant enough performance gain to pay for it. Lower might be possible though. The price/performance ratio might not be as good, but if you don't need those performances, why not just save money ? So, which games are you going to play with it ?

I want to play Battlefield 3 and 4. League of legends. Warframe, Metro 2033, Skyrim and Cod. And occasional new titles like saints row 4. Won't a 650 ti boost direct cu ii oc from asus give me more performance?

Not even the better 650 ti boost cu ii oc 2gb? More vram is better for future proofing and it is an extra 20$. Also it performs 7-11% better I think. So for 20$ i would be willing.

Sure, a GTX 760 !... His budget is $120 to $180, without rebates. The GTX 760 is about $270.
Anyway here's the comparison between those 2 cards http://gpuboss.com/gpus/XFX-Radeon-HD-7850-vs-ASUS-GeForce-GTX-650-Ti-Boost. The HD 7850 is better on pretty much every single point. A few exceptions, but... personally, I would get the HD 7850.

You are comaring the 2gb 7850 which is 200$ plus. The one we are looking at is the 1gb version.

In 2 years I will be able to upgrade easily to a 770 or even a 780 so I really don't care right now.
