So I have 2 WD Caviar Blacks that Im planning to set up in raid 0. I would really love some help with this, I keep getting referred to manuals/instructions with my MoBo, but that has references to DOS set-up or using floppy drives etc. It says that these are the instructions to creating a RAID/AHCI driver disk (not sure if needed). It just seems a little out of date. I would really appreciate some help.

P.S. My mobo is a asus p8p67-m pro

After setting SATA to RAID and restarting you would have to configure the RAID array and after that install Windows. You will not be prompted to load the driver. You will have this option (Load driver) while installing (when choosing the volume).
No other driver needed during installation.
Yes, it's a good guide.

Since I already have windows 8, I should just download the driver and save it to my USB. Then set my SATA to RAID in the BIOS. Then I should be prompted with an option to install windows, during which I will be prompted to insert the said driver? Is that essentially it? And is this a good guide "http://rog.asus.com/77402012/rampage-motherboards/what-is-raid-setup-guide/3/"? Would I possibly need another driver for Windows 8?
