With this setup, I figured I should be able to play pretty much any game out right now on full graphics. I haven't had many graphics intense games but a couple have given me problems.

Farcry 3 ran beautifully on full graphics. Assassin's Creed III was kinda glitchy in places when ran on full graphics. GTAIV slows down to a halt when placed on full graphics.

I was just wondering if this is normal for my rig and/or if there is something that I can do to improve the performance on my graphics card.

Solution
assasins creed 3 is a highly intense game for decent settings at a playable framerate a 680 or higher would be good for it as got gta IV it was ported from console so it isnt fully optimized and its common to have a bad framerate on it
