If the computer has a custom/factory BIOS settings then, will loading default settings mess up custom/factory settings? What im trying to ask is: is factory settings/custom settings, NOT the loading default settings for the bios?

There is no such thing as a custom BIOS. Each manufacturer makes their BIOS different with every computer that they sell. If you are asking about the default factory settings then it would just reset to whatever it was before you messed with it.
If you changed a setting in the BIOS then that would make it a custom setting for the BIOS. If you need to change it back then use the load default settings under the BIOS to revert it back to factory settings.

When you buy a computer it does not come with custom settings only factory default ones... The only custom stuff it has is in the operating system not the BIOS....
