So I just bought a new Alienware 17 laptop and with it I got battlefield 3 seeing as its a gaming laptop. I've had the computer for 2 days now and I have not been able to play the game yet..every time I launch it, I keep "rubber banding" going forward then I get teleported back to where I was.. here are the specs

intel core i7 4700MQ CPU @ 2.4GHZ
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M with 3GB GDDR5

I reinstalled the latest NVidia driver as well with no luck. It runs well on singleplayer but not multiplayer which makes me believe its my internet connection, but I have full bars and my ping is 70 or below so I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

It does sounds more like an internet issue or server issue, you should try either another internet connection or another pc and see if there is any difference, also if it's the same server then try another

When you are looking for servers in Battlelog click on Ping and all games who have lower ping will be on top and you would play lower ping game. It should fix the problem. If it desent then check your internet on www.speedtest.net, when you test look for servers that are at least 200 miles away from you so you have the realistic idea on how good your internet is.
