open the case, look at the place where the power cord from the wall goes into the PC, that's where ur PSU is, look at the label and tell me what's the total wattage and total current on +12V
also if u're looking to play games 40$ isn't really gonna get u anywhere, sorry to say
can u post detailed specs of ur CPu and current GPU along with the PSU?

its not possible, i have a 30$ card myself and it runs games at 800x600 at the lowest possible settings and barely manages 25fps (for the latest games)
how did u not find PSU, as i said its at the back of the case where the wall power goes onto the PC, it will be a small box sort of a thing with lots of wires coming out, and there will be a label on it, post a picture of that label

as u said its 4am so go to sleep
a 610 is really worse than the 520, u can get a 620 between 40-50, much better, u can probably play in low settings at 720p and get away with 30fps, and i repeat without ur PSU supporting it none of these will work so (in the morning) please check it out
