Hey, I'm considering buying an AMD 8350 & GTX 760 on an ASUS M5A97 R2 MB. Im looking at overclocking both the processor and graphics card.. and am wondering what kind of power supply and cooling system I would need for this. I want to keep the build as cheap, how much of an improvement do you think I could get with standard cooling compared to multiple fans or water cooling? Any advice on the system is also much appreciated!

Solution
A solid (corsair, seasonic, xfx, antec) 500w psu and an aftermarket air cooler such as Xigmatek GAIA or Hyper 212 EVO will be fine. As far as fans go, it depends on your case. For your type of setup, 2 x 120mm intake and 1 x 120mm exhaust will be fine.
