I've been trying to diagnose a problem that happens occasionally on my system. Occasionally when a taxing program is writing to the hard drive or my disk IO is being fully used, my machine will completely lock up for like 1 second (cursor wont even move). I cant really reproduce the issue EXCEPT if I use OCCT PSU test. That test will make my machine stutter in the same way that it locks up during normal use. But the freeze is even shorter during the PSU test. You guys have any ideas?
