Hello,
I have an old scanner that still does what its meant to do which is all what I ask of it. Its a Genius Colorpage 4XE. It works well in 32 bit environment. There are no 64 bit version of the scanner available as far as I have searched for it. Since I need to use a lot of RAM on a daily basis I cannot revert back to using a 32 bit OS. So if there is any help someone can render in fixing the issue I will be much obliged.
Thank You.

No drivers means no drivers. Not much we can do other than suggest go buy a cheap new scanner that works with your OS.

You might have some luck with vuescan - it works with a lot of scanners:

The only issue with that, is that a new scanner with 3-4 times the capability of the old scanner can be bought for the price of the software. Unless it's a specialized scanner, will be simpler to just replace the scanner with a new one.

There are a few models for $60, and you can find newer models used for as low as $20.

Ends up being the same as someone trying to repair a 10 yr old TV, they spend 75% of the price of a brand new one and have the same old TV.

XP in a virtual machine may also do it.

XP is probably not the best pick to run as your main system as MS will not be making any more security patches for it.
