I have 2 gpu nvidia geforce gt 640 gddr3 2gb and sapphire hd radeon 7770 1gb gddr5.And on internet i saw that 7770's benchmarking is better than 640 but in my pc gt 640 gave better benchmarks in all the games GTA 4,Battlefield 3,Far Cry3 etc. Why is it so ?

What resolution is your monitor? Those games can be memory intensive. So the more VRAM the GT 640 has may make a difference. But to be honest, it shouldn't. The GT 640 is a weaker card and its GDDR3 memory is slower than the HD 7770's GDDR5

Have you thoroughly removed the previous driver before installing the new card and new driver? By thoroughly removing, I mean run Driver Sweeper from safe mode and had it remove any remnants of the old Nvidia driver.

I know. But for best results you should only use one card, one driver at a time. Remove the card you're not testing with and uninstall its driver. Then test.

Oh. I just caught that. Doh. You have these in different machines. Obviously then, there must be something different between the PCs that you are overlooking, because the cards are totally different power levels.
