Cant recover my HHD! Changed to RAW...

I cant see my western digital 320gb on windows. It says that i have to format it..

On ubuntu, i could see it, but not all the files. Then i went to disk utility and i unmounted it! From now on, i cant mount it again, it gives an error! Here is a screenshoot. Pls help me!

You said your disk is 320gb (and model number suggests this as well), but the picture posted shows total disk capacity as 591gb, and volumes totaling close to 2TB. Definitely, your partition table is screwed up, so DO NOT WRITE to that disk until you've recovered your files. After that, re-partition, and re-format.
