Just picked up a new HD monitor. I have an EVGA GEforce 200 series card. The DVI works fine (as it did with the last monitor). This new monitor has an HDMI input so I tried that port on the card and keep getting "no signal". Any specific setup anyone is aware of in the NVIDIA driver software to "activate" the HDMI port? Seems like it should be working and cannot figure out why it is not...

HDMI is active, it should work just like DVI would. Meaning the driver will have no affect. How does the driver know which port is used during POST. HDMI when used will give a display if it was native, just like DVI.

Check the connection, make sure the case isn't getting in the way somehow as its possible the edges aren't allowing full insert of hdmi plug.
