Hi, I am from Portugal and I'm ready to spend 900€.

I've been looking around and I came up with this one:

INTEL CORE i5 4670K (3.4GHZ) SKT 1150
MSI Z87-G45 GAMING (I like the features)
GSKILL KIT 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ RIPJAW (CL9 - 1.5V)
XFX PRO 550W CORE EDITION*
MSI GTX760 TWINFROZR OC 2GB DDR5 PCI-E
SEAGATE 1TB SATA III 64MB
COOLER MASTER: HYPER 212 EVO

Not sure about the case yet.

I don't want to SLI or CF, but I do plan on Overclocking in the future.
I don't care if it's Intel or AMD.
I don't need OS, Monitor, Keyboard or mouse.

Solution

For gaming, I'd go with the Intel. At this point, you'll get better performance gaming from Intel processors, as most games only utilize single cores. That may change in...

That looks good as is. If you're not going to SLI or CF ever you could save a bit on the motherboard. You could jump down to the G43 which supports CF, but not SLI. But if you like the features and don't mind the higher price, I'd recommend the G45 as it's worked well for me. I've got a similar set up, though I have two 760s and I got the Gigabyte ones. G Skill is kind of high profile, but not too bad, so I'm not sure of the Hyper 212 EVO would block a DIMM slot or not if you ever looked to add additional RAM.
