Gtx 690 compatible with this rig?

I want to buy a new GPU cause my old one broke down, but is the GTX 690 compatible with my rig, and if not wich GPU would you recommend for gaming?

My specs:
Mainboard: m4n68t-m le v2
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1050t
Ram: is by a unknown facturer, ddr3 both slots together at 4Mb and 2105 MHz
PSU : LC power LC600H-12 V2.31
HDD: Samsung 1Tb i dont know rpm, sorry :)

Thank you, Lc Power is known to false label their products, so they seem to be better as they really are. Guess i upgrade to an Antec.
And i could update my RAm up to 8gb, right?

Switch out the motherboard and CPU, its not fast enough to use a 690 to anywhere near its full potential. A 2500K/3570K/4670K would do nicely, preferably overclocked.
