Hey guys.
I have 8gb of Corsair Vengance (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B-Vengeance-Performance-Desktop/dp/B004QBUL1C/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1377800580&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+vengeance)
they came together, so they're all at the same speed, i've had these ram installed in dim 2 and dim 4 (i think thats because i read somewhere in a Manuel i should do that)
I went to play Planetside 2 and it kept on crashing, having played Crysis 2 on ultra and most games on good graphics i have no problem what so ever.
I ran "Can you run it?" to check to see what was wrong and it said i needed 4gb of ram and i had 3.68gb of ram
Now obviously i know for a fact i have 8gb, i reseated the ram and nothing happend, i moved the ram to slot 1 & 2 (next to each other) still 3.68gb, i put 1 in slot 1 and slot 3 and still 3.68gb, i have looked online and nothing what so ever.
i have a spare 4gb ram card laying around, although i paid alot of these sticks of Ram a and i've had no problem with them, although admittidly i didn't check to see how much ram i had in the first place, everything ran fine and fast.
