Yeah I agree, for $900 with such a weak video card, you're getting ripped off BIG TIME. This is why I never advocate buying pre built rigs.

This would be better:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($174.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($104.99 @ Newegg)...
Video editing sure, gaming not so much. 2GB is wasted on a GeForce 620. You could replace the video card but that would likely mean replacing the GPU as well. I'd say for that kind of money you're better off going to iBuyPower and configuring this

either to take the free upgrade to a GTX660 from the 650ti or the 7850 upgrade. It will prompt you to upgrade your PSU of course, but if you don't want to do that you can drop down to the 7770.

You are ALWAYS better off building a system yourself provided you know what you are doing. If not, then I would look for an i7 for video editing and a GTX 560 or higher/newer for gaming, otherwise you will struggle to run most games (on max settings anyway). Hope this helps :)

Is there a way I can just buy a computer that can already play maximum settings on games and editing.I still am wondering if I will have trouble with recording from my computer in hd.Also I can't buy it off websites like Ibuypower and websites like that. Also it would be nice for it to be 64 bit I don't care windows 8 or windows 7.I would like it to be around 1000$.I would like.It doesn't have to be.But I know it probably won't be with amazing editing and top notch gaming.

That was quite difficult to read tbh, but there are virtually no pre built systems that will fulfill your requirements unless you are willing to pay thousands of dollars. There is a middle ground though; if you are not comfortable building your own system there are companies like PCSpecialist and DinoPC that will build it to your specification and charge a comission, saving you time + money and leaving you with a better system. Hope this helps :)

That i5-4430 is not going to be ideal for video editing due to the lack of Hyperthreading, I'd aim to get an i7 in budget if you do a lot of editing, even if it is at the cost of an SSD (which are awesome btw)

This is more the sort of thing you are looking for: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1xJ3r

Those parts would be ideal for you, and save you money over the pre built PC as well, just bear in mind that all these PCPartPicker options are buy the parts and build it yourself, so you may want to look at a building service and submit them that part list. Hope this helps :D
