Ya. It's all plugged into both the USB port on the MOBO and the 4pin PSU connector. USB flash drives even warm up when inserted into the device so I know it is at least powered. It also seems to show up in device manager as USB controller but has an exclamation point, which I guess means that it lacks drivers. When I search for driver none are found.

This is funny: I just looked at the box it came in and it doesn't state the manufacturer just "Made in China." LOL. So, I don't think it has any drivers. I couldn't find it on that site either given I don't know who made it. Good site though. I have it bookmarked now.

I am also updating my win7 with most recent updates. Hopefully that will fix it. I also changed some power settings for the USB root in device manager. I will keep you posted.
