so i heard intel is rumored to be working on a haswell i3 with a base frequency of 3.6 ghz ( vs 3.3 ghz of ivy bridge) although pre orders start at $165 (vs $120 for ivy) for their i3 4340 so should i go for ivy or haswell for a clients budget pc? (please do not suggest amd's fx series as he might want to upgrade to an i5)
