32GB is overkill and pointless for gaming and anything outside of rendering. The I7 is overkill for gaming as most games are dual core and some just starting to use 4 cores. The 4 extra threads won't be used by gaming or anything that you would notice the difference over an I5.

1200W is overkill. 750W is fine for that build, sound card not needed either
if your SSD is just OS boot drive, then 480GB is overkill, try a 120GB or 64GB SSD if thats just your boot drive

look this is meant to be an over kill build and i plan on using my ssd as my main drive and backing up my stuff to my hard drive. The reason ive decided to get a sound card is because the maximus vi extreme doesnt have the best sound quality. The reason for the ram is also because i plan on hosting the occansional thing like a server. The reason for the 1200 watt psu is that it doesnt allways use 1200 watts and its platnum rated and also i do plan on going up to 3 way sli when i can afford it. The reason for so many radiators is because the case supports 5 natively so i thought there not the most expencive things in the system so why not.

If your getting a seperate sound card, it is replacing your SupremeFX, therefore making your Maximus VI Extreme kinda useless to you..... Also now that I realize your doing 3 way SLI (Which most motherboards can't do right now unless 1 dual GPU card and 1 single gpu card is used, e.g. 1 690 and 1 680) the 1200W are needed for 3 cards lol. I also recommend you to host the server on a different computer, as hosting a server and gaming on your main comp, reduces the server's performance by ALOT, therefore making alot of lag....

Also, there are lower wattage PSU's that are platinum rated too.... Also, the radiators, only 1 can fit on your CPU, so unless you plan on wasting 1-2 hours removing your Video Cards cooler and putting a radiator on it, makes the Radiators useless...

This is a brand new system will place current heat sink provided with cpu on the cpu and build the system out of the case stress test my system to make sure nothing is a dud then i will acctualy build my system in my case and water cool then i dont mind how long it takes tbh.

Don't know why you made the thread, every suggestion you don't like anyways, so you might as well just build it as your pretty dead set on it. Enjoy.
