Hi all,
I am one of those people who need to see solid proof of sorts before I trust/believe it...
I have just ordered Corsair's CX series 500w Modular power supply....
this is my build;
Corsair 350D Windowed mATX Case
ASRock Z77 Pro4-m Motherboard
Intel Core i5 3570K (4.4GHz)
H80i Liquid Cooler
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm
EVGA GTX760 ACX (Single GPU)
Corsair CX500w Modular PSU
Windows 7 - 64bit
I plan to overclock to 4.4GHz and I only have one GPU (will not be using SLI/CrossFire)
Does anyone have this PSU or know of a review of this unit?
***NOT the CX500... must be the Modular version...***
Please someone help me, Im expecting my motherboard and PSU tomorrow or monday...
Also, does anyone know how to test a motherboard to see if it is working without the components?
(Only have the Case, Motherboard, Power Supply, Anti-Static Wrist Band and 2 Akasa Cold Cathode PC Case Lights...)
