50c too hot?

i have a GTX 770 and at 25-30% load it is anywhere between 40-50c, I was wondering if this is bad.

P.S. A couple of my games freeze randomly like, League of Legends or Arma 2. Is the gpu why?

50°C isn't too hot. It can get all the way up to 85°C without any risk at all. So your GPU isn't the problem.

What are your FULL system specs? EXACT PSU especially.
Make sure to update to the latest drivers from Nvidias website.

I dont know the exact PSU but the rest of the system specs are:

CPU: i7 3770
RAM: 16GB of 1600mhz
GPU: GeForce GTX 770

Gonna have to get that exact PSU, you can just open the case and take a photo of the sticker on the side and post it.
Also need your motherboard model?
Also, check your CPU temps as well.
