Hey guys,
So I've had my Logitech G9X mouse for over a year now, and I've recently started having some problems with it; the scroll wheel does not scroll. It clicks DOWN fine, it clicks left fine, and it clicks right fine, but it doesn't scroll. I've tried updating everything, as well as checking the button on the bottom to make sure that I wasn't in the wrong scroll wheel mode, and, as far as I know, I haven't reassigned it to anything in the SetPoint software.
Today, I tried using compressed air (as other people have done that with success), but no matter what way I used it, nothing happened. I took off the case and the weights and sprayed it from behind in that direction while scrolling the wheel, from the front while scrolling the wheel, as well as from the top on the two sides. This hasn't helped at all.
If any of you have information as to why this is happening/how I can fix it, please, feel free to respond.
Thanks in advance, and I hope that you all are having a great day.

Hi dannyboy2233,

It's likely a hardware problem. I suggest you contact Logitech Support for warranty support. The G9x Laser Mouse has a three year limited hardware warranty.
