So I just installed the drivers for my new gfx card. But my on board sound stoped working. I am using windows xp. I tried to go to control panel > sound >. But when I got there, everything was grey so I couldn't change sound output. Anything is greatly appreciated.
On board sound not working after installing Radeon HD 7770 and drivers.

the system is using the audio from hte card and is not using the onboard. XP = Old and i can't remember how to adjust the default sound device but that is what you need to do. you need to set the onboard audio to be the default device.
