ok so both these cards are 7950's
ones a Saphire and one is MSI both are at 3GB
I'm looking to play current + Next Gen games for example Watch Dogs and Titanfall

The first card is: MSI HD7950 TwinFrozr OC Boost Edition AMD Graphics Card - 3GB

Second Card: Sapphire 11196-09-40G HD7950 3GB Vapox-X Graphics Card

I'm leaning towards the first card mainly cause of the pick 3 games of your choice and the price £190 compared to the Saphire £215

but what one would be better

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
MotherBoard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Memory: Corsair Vengence 8GB
Storage: Western Digital 1TB internal Hard Drive + 250GB HDD
Video Card: Sapphire 7950 Vapour x 3GB
Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CXM 600W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B5ST 24x Internal SATA DVD Drive
Case: Sharkoon T9 Value
Keyboard: Microsoft Sidewinder X4
Mouse: Anker 8000DPI High Precision Gaming Mouse
Headset: Gioteck EX-05
OS: Win 7 64bit

Solution
Where are you buying from?
The Sapphire Vapor-X 7950 should come with 3 free games as well.

The Sapphire Vapor-X definitely has better cooling, which leads to better overclocking and running slightly faster.
I would go with the Sapphire Vapor-X unless the website you're using doesn't have the free games promo on it, which makes no sense.

Amazon Dont offer the games while scan does they don't have the Vapor X
