first gaming build need help case fans

well I'm going to build my first gaming PC build I want a nzxt full case I seen that it has fans in it but I can add more fans now how many do I need I want it to be nice and cold in there I will be adding a closed water cooling like h100 to it so anyways
here is my build

amd fx 8350

amd 7970

8GB ram should I get 16GB?

h100 or something else

ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s

700W power supply I was going to buy roswill cheap but I don't want it to break what do you recommend

nzxt phantom with fans

arcting silver 5

and that's it so the thing is what should I get for the closed water cooling h100 cooler master 240 what and about those fans to install this do I have to add out fans to put the cooler in or what thx this is a gaming rig I was thinking about the Intel but they change there boards every gen that and 8350 is sorta future proof seeing that the 8350 is 8 cores more or less at least and yes it will be overclocking as well as close to 5Ghz as possible and we don't pay electric bills or anything so yea.... I know this is alot to read so thank you for reading it and I look forward to reading your thoughts on this thanks again 50mk

Well, you might want to consider a -3570k or -4670k from Intel even though they are only quad core because very few (if any) games will ever take advantage of more than 4 of your cores. A 3570k costs about ~$210 right now on amazon but I'm sure you could find it cheaper (especially if you live near a Microcenter): http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0087EVHTE/ref=asc_df_B0087EVHTE2687531?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=pg-408-34-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395097&creativeASIN=B0087EVHTE

The 3570k generally performs better than the 8350 IN GAMES and it has much better per-core performance and since most games are only single, dual, or quad threaded you will probably want to spend the extra few buckaroos. Also AMD GPU's generally perform better on Intel CPU's for whatever reason and although I can't cite any specific benches (because i don't remember what the articles were) I can tell you from owning a 7970 that with my junky FX processor I lose anywhere from 10 to 30 FPS off benchmarks using Intel CPU's without overclocks (and I've overclocked everything).

As for the RAM, 8gb is plenty for gaming.

When it comes to PSU's try to stick with these brands for reliability and performance: Corsair, Enermax, Chieftec, XFX, Antec, and Seasonic (I've owned other Rosewill stuff and all of it has been disappointing in some way)

If you want the best of the best when it comes to RADIATOR fans, you can't get much better than the Scythe GT 1850rpm model (though a bit pricey at ~$22/pop) although the 1450rpm ones are near as good and only around $18: http://www.amazon.com/Scythe-Gentle-Typhoon-1450rpm-45-9cfm/dp/B001Q6X0S6/ref=pd_cp_pc_0 they'd probably make pretty good case fans although they are mostly good for static pressure not airflow

note: most of this stuff can also be found for a few bucks less on FrozenCPU from what I've heard

nvm I decided to go with jack on the coolermaster eisberg and the nzxt 530 I hate white will they come in black any time soon and for the cool can you fit 2 200mm fans and this on top?
