Is this a good computer to over clock?

Solution
Don't get an H87 board those do not overclock(they actually did at some point but Intel blocked it) go for a Z87 mobo

I suggest you try this build out

Windows and the mobo software have OC programs. A SSD is nice if money is not a deal breaker. The 240 to 256GB SSDs are the best values now $150 to 180 will get you a very good one. Newegg has a sale on the Corsair 500r for about the sam e price as the 400r.

I like the Fractal arc midi r2 much better than the 300R it has similar features but just a cleaner feel

PSU upgraded to a much higher quality one and lets you add in a second GPU in the future

Tuned down the Ram a bit no need for high speed ram really

Changed SSD to something better(840 uses TLC which is not that great, you want to look for MLC SSDs which last much longer)

Change GPU 7950 will out perform the 760 and it is quite cheaper and highly overclockable.

I also recommend getting a slave/storage drive for some of your extra stuff.

SSD is mainly for OS and games that have long loading times or needs rendering(WoW and minecraft are examples)

EDIT:
Saw your second post and you added a higher cap SSD, go for this instead if you need more space

Seriously, all Sata 6 SSDs run within 1 second of each other so just get a quality one(in my experience with SSDs i mainly choose Sandisk, Samsung, Plextor, Intel(pricey but reliable not really worth it), Crucial and Mushkin.
