My current PC specs, it might be a bit crappy 'cause it was the first I made.
The upgrades I currently want are for the GPU, CPU, and the MOBO, everything else is fine in my opinion, but you guys are free to tell me otherwise.
NO BUDGET
GPU- Evga GTX570
CPU- Intel Quad Core i7-960 (3.2GHz)
MOBO- GIGABYTE GA-X58-USB3 LGA 1366 Intel X58 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Memory- G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (I have 2 sets of these so 4x4GB)
PSU- CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready
Hard drive- It was a Seagate 1TB Harddrive, I don't know the exact name, sorry.
Tower/Case- COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced Blue Edition RC-932-KKN3-GP ATX Full Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0, Black Interior and Four Blue LED Fans-1x 230mm front 1x 230mm top 1x 230mm side and 1x 140mm rear
Additional Comments- I have a Intel 2600k sitting around in my house waiting to be used (brandnew) and I heard it was comparable to the new 3770k. So my question is whether or not to buy a new CPU or use the 2600k I have. Also, for the GPU, I was thinking about maybe getting a VERY high-end graphics card, but I didn't know what to choose from, some AMD card, GTX690, or Dual 770s. I'd also like to not have a WHOLE NEW PC built, but if things are too hectic feel free to tell me. Thanks alot guys
